The "tags" give the same results as when you type them into the search bar at pexels. This may sometimes lead to unsuitable or wrong videos. It is best to try synonyms or similar keywords at the pexels webpage until the results match.
If you are registered you can save your videos and view your orders. Without an account your videos will be deleted after 24 hours and the download links will not be saved.
If you want to buy a HD video, you have to register during the checkout process.
It depends on how long the video is. A one minute Instagram square video takes up to 2 minutes, a 3:30 minute HD video can render up to 25 minutes. (At the moment) you may not close your browser during rendering.
To register click on the login button in the upper left and then on the "create new account" tab.
To delete your an account go to your "user page" (after login f.ex.), click on "edit" tab and scroll down. There you will find the "cancel account" button.
If you render a free square video your resolution will be at 512px x 512px @ 25fps and h264 codec, this meets the requirements of instagram and is generally sufficient for most social media platforms. If you render in HD your video will be at 1280px x 720px @25fps and h264 codec. Your audio will MPEG AAC Audio (mp4a) in stereo, at a sampling rate of 44100 Hz and 32 bits per sample
If your artist or song name has more than 30 characters it is difficult to integrate it into the video. Try to use less.
There might be some (few) unexpected errors (due to the use of third party apis, videos, etc). In such a case please let me know and send me some infos about the problem, e.g. the artist name and the used tags. Should the render process fail suddenly, try it again - in rare cases there is an error that occurs only once.
There can be an overload of the cloud for long videos over 4 minutes (external limit of 512mb for all used videos) if the found videos are very large. In this case try different tags if possible, shorten the song a few seconds or write me if this is not possible.
The maximum length of a video is 5 minutes. Please use songs that are shorter.
In the current version videos are only "charged" after successful download. If there is an error during rendering just try again.
